Olivia, "Liv" is a full-body-sized, proportionate female manikin who moves her eyes, talks, and demonstrates various vital functions, breathing and heartbeat, and health conditions. She gives birth to her babies, Akilah and Neema through vaginal or Caesarian delivery. Her hair, outfit, and makeup are inspired by Black women in Fresno.
