How do you handle calls and questions outside of office hours – early mornings, at night, or on weekends?
Which hospitals are you affiliated with?
Do you use MyChart or another app where I can access my child’s health records?
How long should it take for your office to return my call or message if I have a medical question?
Can your office connect me to helpful resources if needed?
Do you have any sub-specialties or additional certifications? What does it mean, and how does it affect the care you provide?
What types of referrals to specialists can you provide?
What is your walk-in policy?
If it is a group practice: will my baby be seen by the same or different providers each time?
Does your waiting room separate the kids if they are sick vs well?
